Our premier service is the realtime transcription of court proceedings.  We have developed specialised software over many years to provide a service which is geared to accuracy and the minimisation of delivery times.

Our software allows the spoken word to be displayed live in court on laptops, or received by other members of the team at remote locations.  Users can immediately start searching, annotating and linking issues and sections to documents.  User definable reports can be quickly and easily generated from this information.

The transcript displayed in realtime is being synchronised with the audio and sent to editors and proof-readers to be checked to ensure accuracy.  This process allows our team to commence work on producing the transcript immediately, with the additional benefits of being able to check every word against the audio.  The software coordinates the distribution and the reformatting of the live transcript in the correct order to save on production time.  The software does not confine the transcript to one person, and any number of editors or transcribers can be used to enable production targets to be met.  There is an inbuilt case management system which continually plots production to flag up progress, and if necessary, the need to allocate additional editors if production time is falling behind.

The official edited transcript, once completed, can be sent out immediately by the software in various formats to email addresses, posted to a website, or printed hard copies.
