Our Software has been used both at home and abroad and we provided the transcript for the Rwanda War Crimes Tribunal.

Below are two recent cases to have used our services:

Sky -v- EDS

BriefCase, our real-time software and WriteAway reporter and Client software  packages  were used in this case to guarantee one hour turn-around times for the transcript.

A network was set up in the court, and laptops were installed with both BriefCase and the solicitor’s third party document management software. The two applications worked along side each other for display onto LCD screens.

Employers Liability Policy Trigger Action

We set up Broadband and a wireless network for the parties which allowed them seamless integration with remote users worldwide with our Liaise chat facility. This allowed some of the barristers to remain “back at base” but still able to log in and upload the day’s proceedings.

Our Liaise facility meant that even if some members of the team were absent, they were still kept up to date and able to be in constant dialogue with their team.
